Daniel Aidoo- Mensah is a seasoned Actuary, Insurance and Pensions expert. He is the Managing partner and CEO of Aidoo–Mensah & Associates. He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Actuariest, UK and an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, UK. Mr. Aidoo-Mensah has had over 20 years experience with the Insurance Industry mostly in top management positions. In July 2004, he was appointed a member of the Presidential Commission on Pensions (PCP) and the Government of Ghana appointed him as Project Consultant to the Pension Reform Implementation Committee from October 2006 to December 2009 and led the team that prepared the proposal for The National Pension Reform Bill, which eventually became the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766).

The Managing Director of OAK started his banking career in 1991 with Ghana Commercial Bank. Alex has extensive professional training in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises financing with stints at the Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID) and the John F Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA. Before joining OAK, he worked with The Trust Bank Limited as Head of the Commercial Banking Unit of the Corporate/Commercial Banking Department of the Bank.

Mr. Addy is the Executive Director of OAK. He started his banking career in 1961 and is a professional banker. He has held various senior positions including Head of Trade Finance Department at the London Office, Branch Manager of the Kaneshie Industrial Area Branch of GCB. He voluntarily retired from the services of GCB and in 1997 at the inception of OAK became its first Managing Director.

Mr Albert Addo Cofie, is a finance professional and an assurance partner at PKF for past 5 years and has been with PKF Ghana since 2001 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He has significant experience of working with large to medium sized privately owned and listed clients locally. He brings a wealth of experience in auditing and Internal controls and have good knowledge on IFRS and local GAAP. He has an accounting and finance degree from University of Wales College, Newport and a fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Stephen is an investment banker with several years experience. His banking career started with the National Investment Bank. In 1995 he joined Ecobank (Ghana) Limited and as Senior Corporate Finance Officer he was leader of various teams that arranged several syndicated loan transactions for reputable local companies amounting to some US$80 million and played prominent roles in various privatisation transactions including that of Ghana Commercial Bank, Ghana Telecommunications Limited and Ashanti Goldfields. Stephen joined Fidelity Discount House Limited (Fidelity) – in 1998 and was the Managing Director of the subsidiary Company; Fidelity Capital Partners Limited until he joined Merchant Bank in November 2013 as the Deputy Managing Director. He is now a private consultant.
