Ms. Aisha Tiwaa Gyasi is a seasoned Tax Consultant with over 25 years of professional experience spanning public service and private practice. Her career includes five years in public service and two decades in private practice, during which she built a strong reputation in taxation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
She served as a Resident Tax Director at PKF Ghana’s Kumasi branch from 2002 to 2023. In this role, she provided strategic tax leadership and successfully transformed the branch from a loss-making operation into a consistently profitable business within 12 years, demonstrating strong operational and managerial acumen.
Aisha’s expertise also includes regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and company secretarial services, where she has advised and supported a wide range of organisations across different industry sectors.
She is currently the Legal Counsel and Business Development Manager at Totoe Legal Services, where she combines legal insight with strategic business development. In addition, she is the Founder and Trustee of the Agyeman Eye Foundation, a role she has held since 2017, reflecting her commitment to social impact and community development.

The Managing Director of OAK started his banking career in 1991 with Ghana Commercial Bank. Alex has extensive professional training in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises financing with stints at the Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID) and the John F Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA. Before joining OAK, he worked with The Trust Bank Limited as Head of the Commercial Banking Unit of the Corporate/Commercial Banking Department of the Bank.

Mr. Addy is the Executive Director of OAK. He started his banking career in 1961 and is a professional banker. He has held various senior positions including Head of Trade Finance Department at the London Office, Branch Manager of the Kaneshie Industrial Area Branch of GCB. He voluntarily retired from the services of GCB and in 1997 at the inception of OAK became its first Managing Director.

Daniel Aidoo- Mensah is a seasoned Actuary, Insurance and Pensions expert. He is the Managing Partner and CEO of Aidoo–Mensah & Associates. He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Actuariest, UK and an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, UK. Mr. Aidoo-Mensah has had over 20 years experience with the Insurance Industry mostly in top management positions. In July 2004, he was appointed a member of the Presidential Commission on Pensions (PCP) and the Government of Ghana appointed him as Project Consultant to the Pension Reform Implementation Committee from October 2006 to December 2009 and led the team that prepared the proposal for The National Pension Reform Bill, which eventually became the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766).
